It takes courage to reach out for help, and we at Code 3 Counseling want to make it as easy as possible for first responders to take this step. Picking up the phone to call can feel nerve-racking and awkward. We are happy to provide you with a low-stress way of scheduling that first appointment.
Research has show that people experience a huge sense of relief after scheduling the initial appointment because they can see the light at the end of the tunnel, that help is on the way. That is why we encourage you to take this first step and schedule your first appointment or consultation through our online portal.

Once you schedule your appointment online, you will receive a confirmation email once the appointment has been confirmed by the counselor. You will then receive an email from our intake coordinator with instructions on how to prepare for your first session, including completing some of the intake documents online to speed up the process in the first session.

What you can expect from Code 3 Counseling

When you work with Code 3 Counseling, you will receive helpful and culturally-competent mental health services. Some things we can help first responders with include struggling with critical incidents and cumulative trauma. For first responder couples, we can help you with relationship struggles. When spouses of first responders are having a hard time with the life of service, or just life in general, we can help. If your teenager is having a hard time with life, we are here to help. We can also help folks who are struggling with anger management, stress management, vicarious trauma, or faith-based concerns. And if in-office visits are not as easy for you, we also offer online counseling services for our clients.
