Alisha Sweyd is the Co-Founder and Director of Code 3 Counseling. She has lived in a first responder family since birth, being born while her father was stationed in the Army. Her father became a police officer when she was 8 years old. Now being married to a detective, Alisha cannot recall a time where she was not directly influenced by the first responder life.
Alisha enjoys working with first responders and their families to better manage the chaotic influences of this life. She is truly humbled to witness these responders and families find their stride as they successfully serve in this calling. Alisha especially enjoys working with first responder couples, helping them find joy and fulfillment in their relationship while serving others.
When she is not helping responders, Alisha spends her time with her husband and their two young children, participating in events with her local church, reading books that have nothing to do with real life, and watching the waves crash along the Monterey Peninsula.
